Empowering Community Leaders

Community Connections Alliance (CCA) was founded with a mission to connect people, places, and possibilities to build communities where every individual can thrive. Born from over two decades of experience in nonprofit and public health sectors, CCA exists to support grassroots leaders—those who are often doing the work without the infrastructure of a formal nonprofit. These are the neighbors, mentors, and advocates creating real change from the ground up. Our role is to help them sustain and scale their impact.

Led by founder Abigale Harry, a Philadelphia-based nonprofit strategist, CCA offers program management, fiduciary oversight, and capacity-building support tailored for community-driven initiatives. We provide the structure, systems, and strategic guidance that grassroots programs need to succeed—ensuring their work not only survives, but thrives. With a dedicated board and a holistic framework rooted in five pillars of community well-being, we serve as a trusted partner in building sustainable, equitable, and empowered neighborhoods.
